General Policies
If the item you select is in stock, it will be shipped within two business days. If the item is out of stock, we will ship the item within 10 business days. Should there be a further delay, we will notify you.
Payment and Billing
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is ready to be shipped.
Warranties
Bijoux Designer Jewelry wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If any problem should occur, we will repair the item subject to availability of materials or replace it for a similar item.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition (free of scratches, missing parts, marks, etc.) within 10 business days for a refund or an exchange (minus shipping charges and a restocking fee of 20%). All items must be returned with a copy of the invoice. Customized orders may NOT be returned. Your return must be insured and sent prepaid US Mail to:

Shipping Policies
Shipping costs will be calculated in your shopping cart once you've selected an item. All items will be shipped via UPS.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive two emails from us. The first will be a confirmation of receipt of your order. We will also contact you when your order has shipped. A tracking number will be provided for UPS shipping.
Sales Tax
When the shipping address is in the state of Texas, we will collect state sales tax at the rate of 8.25%.
Privacy Policy
We will never share or sell your information with anyone for any reason.
In order to fill your order and notify you of your order status, we need to know your name, e-mail address, credit card number and expiration date.
This information is safe because it is placed on a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. In addition, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
